Your First Visit

You can expect to be at your initial appointment for at least one hour. The evaluation will entail a discussion of presenting concerns; both short- and long-term medication treatment options; preferred therapy methods; expectations of treatment; family interventions; transitional care planning; educational recommendations; and other similar topics. Following the evaluation, it is determined if you can be managed through Osana MHCS or must be referred out to an appropriate healthcare agency.

To smoothly expedite your intake process please bring:

• New Patient Intake Packet 
• Picture ID 
• Insurance/Medical card
• List of current medications
• Recent medical records (i.e. psychiatric hospitalizations)
